Our "Coffee to Your Door" subscription plan is designed to be flexible and convenient.  In addition to the options available using the menu buttons, you can use the "customize or modify my plan" button to give special instructions at any time by returning to this page.  Options are limited only by your imagination.  (see examples below)

First - a couple notes of explanation:

• "Best Roast" - This is the choice to make if you want the roastmaster to give you the roast he would choose for himself if he were ordering this coffee today.  We painstakingly optimize a roast profile for each lot of individual coffee we receive.  In general, we find the Indonesian coffees develop their fullest flavor with a Viennese roast, plus or minus a half step.  Latin American coffees more often shine clear and bright when roasted near Full City.  Africans are superb throughout this mid-range, some crops wanting a deeper roast than others.
  
  In short - you are welcome to specify your roast and we will try to give you exactly what you ask for, but you might be pleasantly surprised by the exotic nature of a familiar coffee when roasted to our roastmaster's idea of "perfection".
  
  
• In the list of coffees available you will find an option called: "Latin, African or Asian- Roaster's Choice".  For each delivery, you will receive the roastmaster's favorite coffee from this region, roasted the way he would roast for himself.  Often, but not always, it will change from month to month.  In some instances, you might receive a limited reserve item, not available on our offering sheet... in all cases, you will get the best of the best from this region.  These are the coffees we would like you to try because we think you will find them rewarding.  They are superb and come highly recommended.
  
  
• "Best Roast" and "Roaster's Choice" are tailored to your needs.  They are based on our assessment of each coffee's attributes and how they fit your individual tastes, likes and dislikes.  In our delivery of this custom service, you can help by giving us feedback on what you like about a coffee you just received from us.  Call us at 509 779-4970 or  e-mail us : comments@scottbroscoffee.com and please fill out one of our customer profile sheets, if you haven't already done so: Custom Service Profile.

Just choose one of the plans described below and set your coffee and roast preferences using the drop-down menus provided.  That's all there is to it.  Click on the subscribe button and your automatic delivery plan begins today! Change coffees or roasts as often as you wish!

When you click the subscribe button you will be taken to the PayPal secure payment center.  If you are already a PayPal member, just a couple clicks will confirm your subscription.  If you are not a member it takes only about 5 minutes to fill out the necessary forms, just this one time.  PayPal will automatically bill your credit card for the amount shown on this same day of each month, all shipping and handling is included.

You will receive one or two shipments each month depending on the plan you choose.  Your first delivery will be roasted and shipped immediately (Mon-Fri).

Customizing your "Coffee to Your Door" automatic delivery plan.

The following section is optional. This CTYD plan is our premium custom roast service.   We will strive to ensure it fulfills your needs.  If the options above don't give you exactly what you want, please consider using this customizing section to further refine the details or to make changes at any time in the future.  Feel free to use this feature as often as you like.  You can modify just about anything except for the $ per month amount.

If you are currently a ScottBros "Coffee to Your Door" subscriber and would like to modify or customize your automatic delivery plan, what kinds of special instructions are allowed?  We aim to please.  Click on the button to the right, send us your idea and we will try to accommodate.  Here are a few hypothetical examples:

• My plan is set up to deliver 2 lbs Sumatra - Gayoland on the first week each month and 2 lbs Costa Rica - La Amistad on the third week... but there is only provision for one roast?  I'd like the Sumatra roasted to Vienna roast and the Costa Rica to Light City.
  
  
• I'm going on vacation the last two weeks in January.  For this one shipment only, I'd like to have my coffee delivered to:

• My 1st monthly delivery usually comes around the 10th.  I have company arriving on the 5th of Sept.  Please move this delivery forward a few days to make sure it is here by the 5th, Thanks.
